Sonya Sun

Sonya Sun is a design leader at Tencent Healthcare, exploring how artificial intelligence is transforming healthcare experiences and redefining the role of design. Her work spans AI-native healthcare products, professional intelligence, human–AI collaboration and longitudinal healthcare experiences.

Rather than treating AI as another technology layer, she studies how intelligence changes what designers design—from interfaces and workflows to systems of understanding, judgement, trust and long-term relationships. Her current research focuses on the emerging design objects of AI and the future of healthcare experience.
