Morgan Maillard

A graduate of the Paris and Rennes watchmaking schools, Morgan Maillard brings over 14 years of experience within the Richemont Group. He began his career in 2012 as a watchmaker for Cartier in London, before joining the workshops of the Vacheron Constantin Manufacture in 2014. Driven by a deep passion for his craft, he broadened his expertise through assignments in the Maison's boutiques in Singapore and Geneva. He later relocated to New York City, where he contributed to the opening of Vacheron Constantin's flagship boutique.

As a Specialist Watchmaker, he was responsible for the servicing of timepieces ranging from simple models to the most sophisticated complications. His technical expertise enabled him to work on the most complex mechanisms, while building a strong relationship with clients and supporting teams across North America and Mexico. Drawing on his in-depth knowledge of the Maison's history and savoir-faire, as well as his sharp understanding of international clients and the watch industry, Morgan was appointed Style and Heritage Expert in 2025 at the headquarters in Geneva.
