Tanja Grandits is one of Switzerland’s most acclaimed chefs. Since 2008, she has been chef-owner of Restaurant Stucki in Basel, which holds two Michelin stars and 19 GaultMillau points. Her distinctive cuisine is defined by a sensitive interplay of flavours, colours and textures, with herbs and spices at its heart. Named GaultMillau Switzerland’s Chef of the Year in 2014 and 2020, she is also an entrepreneur, cookbook author and regular contributor to leading publications. Through her creative approach, intuitive leadership and passion for bringing people together, she has played a defining role in Swiss gastronomy for many years.
