Raymond Kwok

Raymond Kwok is the Chief Digital Officer for the Property Division and Head of International Properties at Nan Fung Group. Mr Kwok is responsible for the Group's initiatives in AI and digital transformation for its real estate businesses.

Mr Kwok has over two decades of experience in commercial real estate investment, asset management, and development. Before Nan Fung, he was at Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners' acquisitions team.

Mr Kwok also worked as an architectural designer at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill in New York. He graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor in Architecture and obtained an MBA from Harvard Business School.
