KyungEn Kim

KyungEn Kim is an architect and creative director whose current work explores the relationship between heritage, contemporary design, and cultural identity.

Her most recent work, the House of Shinsegae Heritage, is one of Korea's most ambitious cultural platforms, where traditional craftsmanship, design, and storytelling converge. Its exhibitions explore Korea’s often forgotten material vocabulary in today’s living rooms, seasons, celebrations, and gifts. The project’s translation of heritage and contemporary culture into a distinctive Korean aesthetic has recently earned its international recognition.

She is also the director of the lifestyle brand JAJU and led Suh Architects as its principal for nineteen years.
